Safe Staff®
is a 2-hour, mini version of ServSafe that is delivered at your convenience and location for your entire staff.

Safe Staff® training includes real-life scenarios to assist employees in grasping and applying food safety basics at every level of your operation by avoiding:

This easy-to-understand class will teach your employees how food-borne illnesses can occur and how to be vigilant in preventing contamination in the first place.

Register for one of our Instructors to come to your location to train your staff and administer an Oral Compliance Quiz at the end of the session.

Here is how it works: 

1. Select the date you want. This is a one day 2 hour class. The first training session could be as early as 11/21/2008

2. Register on-line to submit your Company’s Information and your Contact Person's information.

3. Our administration staff will coordinate with our registered NRAEF ServSafe instructors to confirm a date to come to your location. They are available all 7 days of the week.

4. Complete the registration and payment process on-line. This is a FLAT FEE course of $300.

5. On the day of class, your employees will receive the course training, watch audio/visual ServSafe support material and take the Oral Quiz.

6. For a small additional fee we will make available an on-line quiz your participants may complete at our website and upon successful completion receive a personalized Certificate of Completion and you will receive the same for your establishment.


PRICING: This is a FLAT FEE course of $300.   Note: OPEN-ENROLLMENT MONTHLY classes are available at RAMW on an individual employee basis for the fee of $69.00 per employee. See class schedule for dates and to enroll.
